Rajoy dice que no ha propuesto una coalición con el PSOE y que hablará de pactos el 21 de diciembre

Español: Mariano Rajoy ha asegurado este viernes que él no ha propuesto una coalición con el PSOE tras las elecciones generales y ha subrayado que empezará a hablar de pactos a partir del día 21 de diciembre. «No sé quien lo ha propuesto. Yo desde luego no. Nadie ha propuesto en el PP esa coalición y, por lo tanto, esa noticia la doy por no leída», ha asegurado en una entrevista en RNE, recogida por Europa Press cuando le han preguntado por la posibilidad de que ‘populares’ y socialistas puedan alcanzar un acuerdo con un PSOE renovado sin Pedro Sánchez. Según colaboradores cercanos al lider popular , tal y como se hacia eco Cadena Ser, acusan a Sanchez de tener un liderazgo hueco que no inspira confianza, aunque sí llegan a reconocer que se entenderían mejor con Susana Diaz. De todas formas Rajoy insiste en intentar ganar las elecciones y después conformar un «gobierno estable». Desde el PP también advierten que Podemos puede ser segunda fuerza y alerta contra una coalicion de “super rojos”, al tiempo que Rajoy confirma que su partido buscará apoyos y admite que ve poco comprensible que el lider de Ciudadanos, Albert Rivera, no quiera apoyar al PP y pueda permitir un gobierno de Podemos y PSOE.
