El FMI insta a que las reformas continúen en España

Español:El ‘número dos’ del Fondo Monetario Internacional, el estadounidense David Lipton, ha subrayado que es «importante» que las «reformas comenzadas continúen» en España porque «ya han dado resultados», y ha calificado la situación económica actual de «alentadora».
En una entrevista con motivo de la Asamblea Anual de la institución y el Banco Mundial, que se celebra esta semana en Lima, Lipton subrayó que España «ha puesto en práctica reformas que han devuelto el crecimiento, y creen que hay reformas actuales que tienen que llevarse adelante».
Las últimas previsiones económicas del Fondo, presentadas esta semana, colocan a España a la cabeza del crecimiento en la zona euro, con una expansión estimada para fin de año del 3,1% y un 2,5% para el próximo, frente una media estimada en la zona euro del 1,5% este año y 1,6%.
«España debería ser capaz de sostener el crecimiento en el futuro», insiste el FMI.
