Español: La Junta de Portavoces del Parlament catalán abordará este martes a las 10 la propuesta de resolución independentista de Junts pel Sí y la CUP, y lo hará en una reunión ordinaria convocada sin que el PP se haya constituido como grupo y, por lo tanto, no haya designado oficialmente un portavoz parlamentario.

Que el PP todavía no se haya constituido como grupo (tiene para ello hasta el 6 de noviembre) ha bloqueado de momento la tramitación de la propuesta de resolución independentista, ya que para convocar el pleno en el que debe debatirse el texto es necesaria una reunión de la Junta de Portavoces.

Sería la primera vez que se celebre una reunión de la Junta de Portavoces sin representación de todos los partidos. Algunos interpretan que no se puede celebrar una Junta sin el PP constituido, mientras que otros lo ven posible si se invita a los miembros del PP a asistir a ella. De hecho, la presidenta de la Cámara catalana, Carme Forcadell, ha indicado en un comunicado que pedirá a los diputados del PP que, «si no han podido constituirse como grupo parlamentario, designen a un representante» para asistir a la reunión.
