El PSOE solicitará un informe jurídico sobre la validez del consejo de administración de Limposam

Español: La portavoz del Grupo Municipal Socialista en el Ayuntamiento de Málaga, María Gámez, ha anunciado que el PSOE va a solicitar al secretario del consistorio un informe jurídico sobre la validez del consejo de administración de la empresa municipal Limposam celebrado este jueves.
Los socialistas tienen dudas de los acuerdos adoptados que afectan a la continuidad del gerente de la empresa, Miguel Otamendi.

Desde el grupo socialista recuerdan que los acuerdos en el consejo de administración de Limposam hay que adoptarlos por mayoría absoluta, según los propios estatutos de la empresa.
Según Gámez, “ninguno de los acuerdos adoptados se han tomado por mayoría absoluta”.
Por ello, los socialistas quieren que el secretario del Ayuntamiento se pronuncie sobre esta circunstancia ya que los acuerdos que se adoptaron podrían no ser válidos.
