🔴Noticia – Presidente del CGPJ rechaza la petición de desconvocar el Pleno sobre la amnistía

El presidente del Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ), Vicente Guilarte, ha rechazado los argumentos del vocal progresista Álvaro Cuesta para desconvocar el pleno extraordinario de este lunes en el que se abordará la amnistía del procés. Cuesta había pedido este domingo la desconvocatoria al considerar que es «manifiestamente ilegal» y ha anunciado que no asistirá en caso de celebrarse porque no quiere contribuir «a la indignidad y al desprestigio de que vocales elegidos por las Cortes españolas en el año 2013 puedan ser tenidos por sublevados contra iniciativas del Parlamento legítimamente elegido el 23 de julio del año 2023».
