El magistrado progresista del Tribunal Constitucional (TC) Juan Carlos Campo ha decidido abstenerse de los recursos presentados contra ley de amnistía para salvaguardar la «imparcialidad» del Tribunal Constitucional después de que en los informes sobre los indultos a los condenados por el ‘procés’ que firmó cuando era ministro de Justicia reflejara que dicha medida era «claramente inconstitucional».
