El número de hipotecas constituidas sobre viviendas bajó un 29,6% el pasado mes de septiembre respecto al mismo mes de 2022, hasta sumar 31.054 préstamos, con un tipo de interés medio que siguió al alza, alcanzando el 3,26%, su cifra más alta desde febrero de 2016, según los datos difundidos este martes por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE).
