🔴Noticia – CGPJ rechaza la continuidad de García Ortiz como fiscal general del Estado

El Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ) ha informado en su Pleno ordinario de este jueves en contra de que Álvaro García Ortiz continúe como fiscal general del Estado al considerar que no es idóneo para el cargo, emitiendo así una opinión que no es vinculante, por lo que el Gobierno podrá seguir adelante con su renovación, pero que sí es inédita en democracia, ya que hasta ahora el CGPJ no había informado en contra del candidato de Moncloa.

The General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) has reported in its ordinary plenary session this Thursday against Álvaro García Ortiz continuing as Attorney General of the State, considering that he is not suitable for the position, thus issuing an opinion that is not binding. Therefore, the Government will be able to continue with its renewal, but it is unprecedented in democracy, since until now the CGPJ had not reported against the Moncloa candidate.
