Un trabajoso acuerdo pone a la UE a la vanguardia del control de la nueva herramienta. El pacto prevé, por ejemplo, declarar inaceptables usos como el control emocional de trabajadores o de alumnos. O clasificar personas (por su orientación sexual, su origen o sus creencias) gracias a los datos biométricos. El nuevo texto incluye también nuevas obligaciones de transparencia a quienes usen o comercialicen imágenes, textos o vídeos generados artificialmente.
