El presidente interino del Tribunal Supremo (TS), Francisco Marín Castán, ha emitido este miércoles un comunicado en el que rechaza el «ataque personal» de la diputada de Junts Miriam Nogueras a varios magistrados del alto tribunal, advirtiendo de que «no se corresponde con los requisitos mínimos de la separación de poderes en un Estado de Derecho».
