El presidente del Tribunal Superior pide a Bolaños «medios» para cesar los ataques de políticos a jueces y magistrados tanto desde el Congreso como desde el Senado. Ha hecho referencia a las declaraciones de Junts y PP. La semana pasada, la portavoz de Junts en la Cámara Baja, Miriam Nogueras, pidió cesar y juzgar a los magistrados encargados de causas relacionadas con el ‘procés’ y llamó directamente «indecentes» al presidente de la Sala de lo Penal del TS, Manuel Marchena, y a sus compañeros.
