🔴Noticia – Millones de bolitas blancas invaden la playa de Muros en A Coruña

A mediados de diciembre se reportó la pérdida de seis contenedores de un barco que perdió parte de su carga en el Océano Atlántico, a la altura de Viana do Castelo. En ellos viajaban numerosas bolsas de pellets de plástico. Ahora la situación es preocupante. Los pellets, suaves al tacto y con un fuerte olor, han llegado a la costa y han invadido la playa. Recogerlos es un trabajo laborioso, ya que el tiempo y el oleaje dificulta la limpieza de la playa.

In mid-December, the loss of six containers from a ship that lost part of its cargo in the Atlantic Ocean, off Viana do Castelo, was reported. In them were numerous bags of plastic pellets. Now the situation is worrying. The pellets, soft to the touch and with a strong smell, have reached the coast and have invaded the beach.
