Una semana después de que la portavoz de Junts en el Congreso, Miriam Nogueras, alertase al PSOE de que la legislatura peligraba por el decreto ‘ómnibus’, el partido independentista ha confirmado que votará en contra. Según los catalanes, aprobarlo supondría “poner en peligro la aplicación de la amnistía”, agravar la “infrafinanciación” y “recortar competencias de la Generalitat en algunos casos”.
