Los patinetes eléctricos que se vendan a partir de hoy necesitarán un certificado para poder circular. Con él se pretende garantizar unos mínimos de seguridad y calidad, con mecanismos que eviten que los usuarios aumenten su velocidad máxima. Eso sí, aquellos patinetes que se hayan comercializado hasta este domingo podrán circular sin el certificado tres años más.
