Noticia – La NASA difunde un vídeo sobre un evento sísmico en Marte

La NASA ha difundido la señal de vídeo y audio que ilustra el evento sísmico marciano registrado el 6 de abril por el sismómetro colocado en el suelo de Marte por su aterrizador InSight. Este es el primer temblor registrado que parece provenir del interior del planeta, en lugar de ser causado por fuerzas sobre la superficie, como el viento. Los científicos aún están examinando los datos para determinar la causa exacta de la señal.

NASA has broadcast the video and audio signal that illustrates the Martian seismic event recorded on April 6 by the seismometer placed on the floor of Mars by its InSight lander. This is the first registered tremor that seems to come from within the planet, instead of being caused by forces on the surface, such as wind. Scientists are still examining the data to determine the exact cause of the signal.
