Noticia – El TUE sentencia que el ‘derecho al olvido’ global no existe

La justicia europea ha dictado este martes que los motores de búsqueda como el gigante estadounidense Google pueden limitar la aplicación del llamado ‘derecho al olvido’ a la Unión Europea, y por tanto mantener los contenidos retirados de los dominios europeos accesibles desde fuera de la UE. De este modo, el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea ha dado la razón a Google en su litigio con las autoridades francesas.
