🔴Noticia – Almazaras llenas para producir aceite para autoconsumo

Colas en la almazara de Caimari, en Mallorca. Desde las 6:00 de la mañana llegan con sus coches llenos de aceitunas para producir su propio aceite. La cosecha ha sido abundante y con el precio por las nubes ahora sí compensa recogerlas. Para producir 1litro de aceite se necesitan unos 7 kilos de aceitunas. 1 euro se paga por cada litro de aceite que se llevan. Nunca habían visto a tanta gente llegar con sus aceitunas. Tampoco dan abasto en la almazara valenciana Pepe Ginia. Su propietario asegura que este año hasta quien tiene un olivo en su chalet le lleva las aceitunas para producir aceite. En algunas almazaras hay, incluso, lista de espera.
