El senador del PP José Manuel Baltar niega ante el Supremo haber conducido a 215 km/h en la A-52 en la noche del pasado 23 de abril como así lo refleja el acta elaborada por la Guardia Civil. Además, ha mostrado su oposición a que el tribunal envíe el suplicatorio al Senado para juzgarle por un delito contra la seguridad vial.
