🔴Noticia – El Senado ratifica la reforma del artículo 49 de la Constitución

La reforma del artículo 49 de la Constitución ya es una realidad. El Senado ha ratificado este jueves el nuevo texto, en el que, entre otras cosas, se sustituye el término “disminuido” por la expresión “personas con discapacidad”. Dicha reforma, aprobada con 254 votos a favor y solo 3 en contra, ya está lista para entrar en vigor previa publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE).

The reform of article 49 of the Constitution is now a reality. The Senate ratified this Thursday the new text, in which, among other things, the term “disabled” is replaced by the expression “people with disabilities.” This reform, approved with 254 votes in favor and only 3 against, is now ready to come into force after publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE).
