🔴Noticia – Los enfermeros del Clínico se quedan sin días de permiso en agosto

La elevada presión que están sufriendo los hospitales por los pacientes con coronavirus está modificando los planes de muchos centros. A la cancelación de intervenciones programadas que no son urgentes se une el personal, saturado. Tal es así, que hospitales como el Clínico de Málaga han decidido suspender temporalmente los días de permiso a sus enfermeros durante el mes de agosto. Las vacaciones sí están garantizadas pero por el momento, estos profesionales no podrán cogerse días adicionales por antigüedad, trienios, asuntos propios o exceso de jornada. Este centro hospitalario es el de mayor presión asistencial de Málaga y de Andalucía por la pandemia. En la actualidad, acoge a 150 enfermos de covid de los que 25 están en la UCI. Esta decisión se une a otras adoptadas ya por la dirección del centro y la propia Junta de Andalucía como el traslado del área de maternidad al Materno Infantil o la apertura de nuevos espacios para reestructurar las áreas y dejar más espacio a los enfermos de coronavirus. según señalan desde el hospital, los trabajadores no perderán esos días sino que los acumulan y podrán disfrutarlos cuando la presión asistencial baje. Por ahora, esta decisión solo afecta al personal de enfermería ya que, según indican desde el centro hospitalario, no hay profesionales en bolsa para contratar.

Holidays are guaranteed, but for the moment, these professionals will not be able to take additional days due to seniority, trienniums, their own business or excess hours. This hospital center is the one with the greatest healthcare pressure in Malaga and Andalusia due to the pandemic. Currently, it welcomes 150 covid patients, of which 25 are in the ICU. This decision joins others already adopted by the management of the center and the Junta de Andalucía itself, such as the transfer of the maternity area to the Maternity and Infantile area or the opening of new spaces to restructure the areas and leave more space for coronavirus patients. As indicated from the hospital, the workers will not lose those days but accumulate them and will be able to enjoy them when the healthcare pressure drops. For now, this decision only affects the nursing staff since, as indicated by the hospital center, there are no professionals in the stock market to hire.
