El Ayuntamiento de Málaga bajará la plusvalía en casos de compraventa o herencia. Lo ha anunciado el concejal de Economía y Hacienda, Carlos Conde, quien ha indicado que están trabajando en una nueva ordenanza que incluirá una nueva fórmula para calcular este impuesto para este tipo de casos. Así, el concejal ha señalado que supondrá una disminución de un 36% de media. Conde asegura que mantendrá las bonificaciones que se vienen aplicando en los casos de mortis causa, un asunto que estos días ha sido muy cuestionado tanto desde Unidas Podemos como desde el PSOE, asegurando que el equipo de Gobierno incumplía su promesa de llevar a cabo estas bonificaciones. Según el edil de Hacienda, en torno a 1.400 familias malagueñas se benefician cada año de esta bonificación que en algunos casos puede llegar a ser de hasta un 95%. Las personas que han convivido al menos un año con una persona que ha fallecido y reciben una herencia están incluidas en esta bonificación pero también afecta a los casos en los que el beneficiario empadronado en la vivienda heredada es pensionista, desempleado, menor de 30 años, discapacitado o es víctima de violencia de género.
