El Ministerio del Interior ha respondido al Defensor del Pueblo que las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado actuaron «dentro de las más estricta legalidad» cuando procedió al rechazo en frontera de migrantes en la tragedia de Melilla ocurrida el pasado 24 de junio en el perímetro fronterizo con Marruecos. La Oficina que dirige Ángel Gabilondo ha avanzado este viernes sus primeras conclusiones sobre lo sucedido en el perímetro fronterizo de Melilla. Señala que «no consta que en el rechazo en frontera de 470 personas en Melilla se tuvieran en cuenta garantías legales nacionales e internacionales».
