El presidente de la Real Federación Española de Atletismo (RFEA), Raúl Chapado, afirmó este jueves estar «totalmente a favor de la lucha contra el dopaje» y avisó de que Mohamed Katir no es «elegible» para competir aunque consiga la cautelar tras ser sancionado provisionalmente por tres fallos de localización, un caso donde el organismo federativo debe tener «una posición neutral en todo momento».
