El consejero de la Presidencia de la Junta de Andalucía Elias Bendodo, elegido nuevo coordinador general del PP no seguirá formando parte del Ejecutivo andaluz si su partido continúa gobernando tras las elecciones autonómicas. Lo ha decidido para centrarse así en su nueva responsabilidad en la dirección nacional de la formación popular. Y es que Fuentes populares han trasladado que el nuevo presidente del PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, había planteado a Moreno que quería que Bendodo ya tuviera dedicación exclusiva en su cargo nacional pero el presidente de la Junta le pidió mantener la compatibilidad de cargos hasta las elecciones autonómicas, que se celebrarán «en junio o el próximo otoño, a partir de octubre».
