El presidente de la Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, ha reclamado un «gran acuerdo» con la Administración General del Estado y el resto de administraciones para que «podamos de una vez por todas poner las bases de tener la garantía del agua que necesitamos». Además, ha incidido en que con el agua hay un reto por delante y, por tanto, «hay que combatir –este problema– con audacia e inteligencia, con determinación y con la colaboración de todas las administraciones».
