El dictamen, no obstante, no es vinculante. La norma sigue su tramitación en el Congreso tras rechazarse ayer la enmienda de Ciudadanos, con la abstención del PP. De aprobarse, el nuevo impuesto se aplicará en 2023 y 2024 a las entidades con ingresos iguales o superiores a 800 millones de euros.
