🔴Noticia – Condenan a 6 bomberos por un incendio en la Serranía de Ronda

6 bomberos forestales irán a la cárcel como responsables de un incendio forestal en la Serranía de Ronda en 2012. La Audiencia de Málaga les condena a 6 meses de prisión. Los autores eran miembros del retén del Infoca que participaba en las tareas de extinción del fuego que arrasó unas 800 hectáreas entre los municipios de Pujerra y Júzcar. Además de la entrada en prisión, deberán indemnizar con 640.000 euros a los propietarios de las fincas afectadas y a una empresa que también sufrió daños a causa de las llamas. Una indemnización que, sin embargo, deberá asumir la Junta de Andalucía como responsable subsidiaria. Los efectivos del Infoca condenados estaban trabajando en aquel momento en la realización de una faja auxiliar contra el incendio y prendieron tres hogueras para eliminar los restos orgánicos que se habían originado. Sin embargo, según el tribunal considera que dos de aquellas hogueras no contaban con el perímetro de seguridad de 50 centímetros, no se apagaron con agua y fueron abandonadas antes de su completa extinción.
