🔴Noticia – El Ayuntamiento presenta un plan con 8.900 viviendas para 2027

El Ayuntamiento de Málaga ha presentado este lunes un plan que prevé la construcción de 8.900 viviendas en venta y alquiler entre 2023 y 2027. El objetivo es dar respuesta a la demanda actual. Para ello se pondrán sobre la mesa 1.400 millones de euros para el desarrollo de todas las operaciones. El plan está financiado por el Ayuntamiento de Málaga, la Junta de Andalucía, el Gobierno de España y la iniciativa privada. Y es que está previsto que en 2027 Málaga tendrá 581.000 habitantes y 5.000 hogares más por lo que se hace necesaria la construcción de 8.900 viviendas en los próximos cinco años. 4.100 serán viviendas protegidas de las que 2.700 se destinarán al alquiler y 1.400 a la venta. Asimismo se contemplan como necesarias 4.700 actuaciones de ayudas al alquiler a través de los planes de las distintas administraciones. Algunas de las viviendas protegidas se construirán en terrenos municipales del sector Universidad y en Campanillas.
