El Ayuntamiento de Málaga empieza a poner coto a las despedidas de soltero. Este jueves se ha modificado la ordenanza municipal que regula la convivencia ciudadana en la ciudad. La propuesta presentada por el área de Participación Ciudadana, ha sido aprobada con el apoyo de todos los grupos a excepción de Unidas Podemos, que se ha abstenido. La modificación de esta ordenanza se produce tras las numerosas quejas de vecinos y comerciantes del Centro Histórico que han visto cómo en los últimos años han proliferado las despedidas de soltero en las que grupos de personas van por la calle en ropa interior o portando objetos de contenido erótico en espacios públicos. En definitiva, con esta nueva regulación se busca poner freno a algunos comportamientos incívicos que puedan perturbar la convivencia entre los vecinos y los visitantes de la ciudad. Según la norma aprobada, se prohíbe transitar o permanecer en la vía pública sin ropa o únicamente en ropa interior así como llevar ropa o complementos que representen genitales o muñecos y elementos de carácter sexual. El grupo municipal socialista ha aplaudido que finalmente se haya aprobado esta ordenanza tras la insistencia del PSOE presentando numerosas mociones. Unidas Podemos ha explicado que su abstención en la votación se debe a que la ordenanza sigue castigando a las prostitutas. Alegan que estas mujeres son víctimas de una violencia machista y que las sanciones no deberían recaer sobre ellas. La concejala del PP, Mar Torres, ha agradecido al PSOE el apoyo a la iniciativa.

They allege that these women are victims of sexist violence and that the sanctions should not fall on them. The councilor of the PP, Mar Torres, has thanked the PSOE for supporting the initiative.
