La historia sigue muy viva en Málaga. Este lunes la unidad de desactivación de explosivos de la Policía Nacional, los Tedax, han tenido que detonar una granada de mortero enterrada en el cauce del río Guadalmedina. El artefacto llevaba allí desde la Guerra Civil y ha sido encontrado por un pescador que estaba en la zona, cerca de la desembocadura del río. Los agentes han tenido que hacer estallar el explosivo allí mismo al ser imposible su traslado debido, al parecer, al mal estado en el que se encontraba.

History is still very much alive in Malaga. This Monday the explosive disposal unit of the National Police, the Tedax, had to detonate a mortar grenade buried in the bed of the Guadalmedina river. The artifact had been there since the Civil War and was found by a fisherman who was in the area, near the mouth of the river. The agents have had to detonate the explosive right there as it was impossible to move it due, apparently, to the poor condition in which it was found.
