🔴Noticia – Una ola de frío invernal congela gran parte de Estados Unidos

El frío continuó azotando gran parte de Estados Unidos este sábado 20 de enero con temperaturas gélidas previstas en dos tercios del país en los próximos días, junto con nieve, lluvia helada y fuertes chubascos. El Servicio Meteorológico Nacional (NWS) ha previsto que la nueva masa de aire frío que se está formando sobre el centro del país haga que caigan diez grados las temperaturas por debajo de la media desde las Altas Llanuras hacia el este hasta los valles de Ohio y Tennessee este lunes 22 de enero por la noche. El noroeste del Pacífico y partes del sur se han llevado la peor parte del clima invernal extremo durante la semana pasada, ya que los hogares y las empresas consumieron cantidades récord de gas natural para calefacción y generación de energía debido al frío intenso.
