🔴Noticia – Valencia reivindica la paella como bien de interés cultural

La paella valenciana se encuentra en vías de ser declarada bien de interés cultural (BIC) tras contar con el respaldo de la Comisión Técnica para el Estudio e Inventario del Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Generalitat Valenciana que aprobó que se procediera a la incoación de este distintivo. Así lo ha indicado la vicealcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de València, Sandra Gómez, quien considera que este reconocimiento les da pie a «reivindicar, promover y cuidar» a la paella.
