🔴Noticia – El PSOE de Riogordo se queja al Defensor del Pueblo para celebrar los plenos en fecha

El grupo municipal socialista de Riogordo ha presentado una queja ante el Defensor del Pueblo Andaluz para garantizar que el alcalde del municipio, Antonio Alés, cumpla con la obligación de celebrar los plenos ordinarios del ayuntamiento en fecha. Según los socialistas el regidor ha incumplido este mandato hasta en 9 ocasiones. Lo cierto es que esta situación viene de lejos. Ya en el año 2019 se estableció que los plenos se celebrarán el último viernes del tercer trimestre natural. Un acuerdo que se incumplió en una ocasión. En 2020 se volvió a cambiar la fecha y sucedió lo mismo, se incumplió hasta en 7 ocasiones. Entonces volvió a modificarse la fecha y en esta última ocasión se incumplió una vez. Unos cambios que según el PSOE se han producido sin causa justificada. El portavoz del grupo socialista, Germán Luque asegura que se están vulnerando los derechos de los concejales y de los ciudadanos y pide amparo al Defensor del Pueblo para que tome las medidas oportunas para garantizar que el alcalde de Riogordo cumpla lo establecido en la legislación vigente
