Un amplio grupo de enfermeros del hospital clínico se manifiestan para pedir la incorporación de más personal. Entre las principales reivindicaciones destacan los recortes y la falta de contratación de personal para cubrir las bajas laborales.
Plantillas sin revisar desde hace más de 20 años, personal insuficiente, recortes, no contratar ni cubrir las bajas laborales. SON algunas de las carencias que los profesionales de Enfermería del Hospital Clínico de Málaga han denunciado este lunes.
Decenas de enfermeros de hospitalización quirúrgica se han concentrado a las puertas de este centro sanitario para reiterarse en una queja que viene repitiéndose desde hace más de un año: La mayor actividad quirúrgica no ha sido reforzada con más personal específico.
Comparado con el resto de hospitales de la provincia, en el Clínico la dotación de la plantilla está por debajo del ratio enfermera/paciente. Mientras en algunos hospitales hay 4 enfermeras de mañana, 3 de tarde y 3 de noche para asistir a 32 pacientes quirúrgicos, en el Clínico hay una dotación de 3 de mañana, 2 de tarde y 2 de noche para atender a 38 pacientes que han sido intervenidos.
Con estos datos, el sindicato de Enfermería de Málaga denuncia que es insuficiente para garantizar la actividad de los enfermeros eficazmente lo que pone en riesgo la salud de los pacientes.

Compared with the rest of hospitals in the province, in the Clinic the staffing is below the nurse / patient ratio. While in some hospitals there are 4 nurses in the morning, 3 in the afternoon and 3 at night to assist 32 surgical patients, in the Clinic there is an allocation of 3 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the evening to care for 38 patients who have been intervened.
With these data, the Nursing Union of Malaga denounces that it is insufficient to guarantee the activity of nurses effectively which puts the health of patients at risk.
