La canción ‘La vida son solo dos días’, de Nuria Fergó, será la sintonía oficial de La Vuelta 2018, que arrancará en Málaga el próximo 25 de agosto.
La cantante nerjeña refuerza la presencia de la provincia de Málaga en esta edición de la ronda española, en la que Málaga será protagonista con la salida oficial y casi 400 kilómetros de etapa.
Así se ha dado a conocer este lunes en un acto celebrado en el Museo Thyssen de Málaga, al que han asistido el alcalde de Málaga, Francisco de la Torre, el presidente de la Diputación provincial, Elías Bendodo, el director general de Unipublic, empresa organizadora de La Vuelta, Javier Guillén, y la cantante Nuria Fergó.
La elección de Nuria Fergó no es casual. La artista, que saltó a la fama tras su participación en la primera edición de Operación Triunfo, está muy ligada a Málaga, y Nerja, su ciudad natal, será uno de los municipios que atraviesen los ciclistas en la cuarta etapa.
La primera etapa partirá el 25 de agosto desde el Centre Pompidou de Málaga hasta la Plaza de la Constitución, en la icónica Calle Larios.
Esta etapa, bautizada como ‘La Etapa de los Museos’, será por primera vez en nueve años una contrarreloj individual que recorrerá las calles más emblemáticas de Málaga y que permitirá mostrar al mundo la riqueza cultural y museística de la ciudad.
La segunda etapa partirá desde Marbella para culminar en el espectacular paraje de El Caminito del Rey. La tercera etapa saldrá desde Mijas para acabar en Alhaurín de la Torre.
El Presidente de la Diputación, Elías Bendodo, ha recordado que es la tercera vez que La Vuelta sale desde la capital malagueña, ya que en los años 2000 y 2006 partió desde Málaga.
La Vuelta Ciclista se convierte en un gran vehículo de promoción turística y escaparate excepcional para Málaga y la Costa del Sol, y vuelve a arrancar en nuestra provincia.
