La Policía Nacional ha detenido en la provincia de malaga a un hombre de 46 años y nacionalidad española acusado de agredir sexualmente a la nieta de su pareja, con una que discapacidad física y psíquica de más del 60 por ciento. Según la investigación, la víctima habría recibido tocamientos en zonas íntimas la noche de fin de año bajo amenazas de muerte por parte del investigado. La denuncia se produjo gracias a la actuación de los orientadores del centro al que acudía la joven. Después de las vacaciones de Navidad se percataron de que presentaba una actitud huidiza y desconfiada y lograron que les contara lo ocurrido. El investigado fue arrestado el pasado día 5 de febrero como presunto responsable de un delito de agresión sexual.
