La defensa del dueño de la finca donde se encuentra el pozo en el que cayó Julen, el niño de dos años y medio que fue encontrado sin vida tras caer en un pozo en Totalán, ha pedido al juzgado que acuerde un careo entre su cliente y el padre del pequeño y otro con el hombre que realizó la prospección en el terreno. Así consta en el escrito, presentado este miércoles, con el que la defensa de David Serrano, investigado por un delito de homicidio imprudente, responde al requerimiento realizado por la juez de Instrucción número 9 de Málaga, que lleva el caso, para que las partes confirmaran si pedían más diligencias o el archivo del procedimiento.
