Agentes de la Policía Nacional han desmantelado una plantación de marihuana instalada en la azotea de un piso en la calle Notario Luis Oliver en Marbella. En el operativo, los agentes se han incautado de 22 plantas de cannabis sativa en distinto estado de crecimiento. Días más tarde del operativo, los agentes arrestaron, por su presunta implicación en un delito contra la salud pública, al responsable de las plantas, un joven que vivía en el piso junto a un familiar. La investigación tuvo su origen días atrás, cuando la policía tuvo conocimiento de la posible plantación de marihuana en una azotea de una vivienda de un inmueble de la localidad malagueña. A partir de esta información, se estableció un dispositivo policial para averiguar su veracidad.
