Por su parte, el exvicepresidente del Gobierno, Alfonso Guerra, ha criticado a Podemos porque cree que quieren sustituir el sistema democrático. Guerra ha pedido no dar legitimidad al partido porque no la tienen ya que considera que no son demócratas sino que juegan a otro juego.
