Noticia – La juez rechaza imputar a Fernando Simón

La juez del caso del 8-M en Madrid, Carmen Rodríguez-Medel, rechaza imputar al presidente del Centro de Coordinación de Alertas y Emergencias Sanitarias del Ministerio de Sanidad, (CCAES) Fernando Simón, tal y como había solicitado el denunciante inicial. Por su parte, la Abogacía del Estado, que representa al delegado del Gobierno en la Comunidad de Madrid, José Manuel Franco, ha reprochado a la juez instructora que devuelva su informe al médico forense con el «afán» de poder volver a imputarle el delito de lesiones imprudentes.

The judge of the 8-M case in Madrid, Carmen Rodríguez-Medel, refuses to charge the president of the Center for Coordination of Health Alerts and Emergencies of the Ministry of Health (CCAES) Fernando Simón, as requested by the initial complainant.
