🔴Noticia – El Constitucional avala la ‘Ley Mordaza’ del PP

El Pleno del Tribunal Constitucional (TC) ha determinado que la Ley de Protección de la Seguridad Ciudadana de 2015, la llamada ‘Ley Mordaza’, es constitucional en todos sus puntos, incluido el retorno de los migrantes que entren ilegalmente por Ceuta y Melilla –siempre que se respeten las garantías legales–, salvo en lo tocante a las grabaciones «no autorizadas» a las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado. The Plenary of the Constitutional Court (TC) has determined that the Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of 2015, the so-called ‘Gag Law’, is constitutional in all its points, including the return of migrants who enter illegally through Ceuta and Melilla – -as long as the legal guarantees are respected-, except in regard to «unauthorized» recordings to the State Security Forces and Bodies.
