🔴Noticia – El Gobierno transfiere al País Vasco las competencias de prisiones

Gobierno vasco y central han sellado este lunes en la Comisión Mixta de Transferencias, reunida en Bilbao, el acuerdo para el traspaso a Euskadi de instituciones penitenciarias, que será efectivo el próximo 1 de octubre. También se han cerrado las transferencias del transporte por carretera, el código bibliográfico internacional ISSN y el edificio del Distrito Marítimo de Ondarroa, de manera que, con estos cuatro traspasos, quedarían otras 27 competencias pendientes para culminar el calendario acordado entre ambos gobiernos y dar cumplimiento al Estatuto de Gernika.

The Basque and central governments have sealed this Monday in the Mixed Transfer Commission, meeting in Bilbao, the agreement for the transfer of penitentiary institutions to the Basque Country, which will be effective on October 1. The transfers of road transport, the ISSN international bibliographic code and the Ondarroa Maritime District building have also been closed, so that, with these four transfers, there would be another 27 pending powers to complete the schedule agreed between both governments and comply with to the Statute of Gernika.
