🔴Noticia – Condenan a un hombre a 11 años de cárcel por abusar de su hija

El Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía ha confirmado la condena a once años de prisión impuesta por la Audiencia de Málaga a un hombre por abusar durante al menos tres años de su hija, menor de edad. El máximo órgano judicial de la comunidad rechaza, por tanto, el recurso presentado por la defensa del acusado. Según consta en la sentencia, el acusado abusó sexualmente de su hija entre los años 2015 y 2016, cuando ésta tenía 12 años. La resolución dice que el padre aprovechaba la noche para realizar todo tipo de tocamientos aprovechando que la menor se encontraba dormida. En 2017, el procesado fue sorprendido por la madre de la menor. Por estos hechos se le condenó a una pena de once años de prisión por un delito continuado de abuso sexual contra un menor con prevalimiento de su relación de parentesco al ser el padre de la vístima. Además, se le impuso la prohibición de acercarse a la niña en un radio de 500 metros y de comunicarse con ella por cualquier medio durante diez años. Además, se le impone una indemnización a la víctima de 10.000 euros.
