La Mesa del Parlament decide no tramitar la reforma de la Ley para investir a distancia a Puigdemont

La Mesa del Parlament ha decidido este martes no tramitar la reforma de la Ley de la Presidencia para investir a distancia a Carles Puigdemont y ha pedido a los letrados un informe sobre esto. La decisión se ha tomado tras el acuerdo previo de ERC y JxCAT que tienen la mayoría en la Mesa y aparcan así las diferencias de la semana pasada sobre este tema. Desde JxCat querían hacer una reforma de esta ley para investir a Puigdemont como presidente de la Generalitat sin que deba comparecer ante el pleno. Algo que choca con la interlocutoria del Tribunal Constitucional sobre la investidura.

The Bureau of the Parliament has decided on Tuesday not to process the reform of the Law of the Presidency to invest remotely Carles Puigdemont and has asked the lawyers a report on this.
