Una mujer ha sido condenada a un año de prisión por un delito de atentado a funcionario público sanitario por agredir a una médico y a una enfermera que la atendieron en su casa en el momento que le dijeron que iba a ser trasladada al hospital.Los hechos tuvieron lugar en julio de 2020. Una médico y una enfermera, ambas del Servicio Andaluz de Salud (SAS), fueron a la casa de la mujer para atenderla, prestando el servicio de urgencia, encontrándo la paciente consciente, aunque con los ojos cerrados. Así, cuando le comunicaron que iba a ser trasladada a un centro hospitalario, la acusada comenzó a agredir a las dos sanitarias, «con golpes y patadas», al tiempo que gritaba que no aceptaba dicho traslado. Ambas mujeres resultaron con lesiones. Además de por atentado a funcionarias públicas sanitarias, el juzgado también condena a la mujer por dos delitos leves de lesiones, imponiendo una multa de 540 euros. Asimismo, deberá indemnizar con 60 euros a cada una de las perjudicadas
