El viceconsejero de Justicia Manuel Alejandro Cardenete, ha visitado este lunes los tres nuevos juzgados puestos en marcha en Málaga en los que la Consejería ha invertido 83.000 euros para la adecuación de los inmuebles y la dotación de mobiliario y equipos informáticos, además de la incorporación de 27 funcionarios. En el caso de los nuevos juzgados malagueños, tanto el Mercantil como el Social se ubican en la Ciudad de la Justicia mientras que el Contencioso ha sido trasladado al edificio que alberga el TSJA en Málaga, en Muelle Heredia El viceconsejero ha explicado que «la intención es ir trasladando la jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa a Muelle Heredia» para aliviar «los problemas de espacio de la Ciudad de la Justicia».En lo que va de legislatura, el Gobierno andaluz ha puesto en marcha 27 juzgados en Andalucía «a pesar de la pandemia», cinco de ellos en Málaga.
