🔴Noticia – 200 familias de Santa Julia, al borde del desahucio

El Grupo Municipal Socialista se ha aliado con la Asociación Abanico Solidario para frenar que 200 familias de la barriada de Santa Julia, en el distrito de Cruz de Humilladero, sean expulsadas de sus viviendas de alquiler. Un mismo modus operandi que se sigue en Callejones del Perchel, según denuncian los afectados. Los vecinos llevan décadas viviendo de alquiler en régimen de renta antigua y pagan la comunidad pero el edificio carece de mantenimiento y las viviendas se han ido deteriorando con el tiempo. Los afectados denuncian que de la noche a la mañana se les ha subido el alquiler un 30%. Los socialistas piden al Ayuntamiento que ayude a los vecinos frente a la especulación de los grandes propietarios. La concejala socialista responsable de Vivienda, Alicia Murillo, ha pedido al equipo de Gobierno municipal que actúe ya contra lo que califica como una despersonalización de los barrios de Málaga que desde el Consistorio se está permitiendo. Un modelo de ciudad que, según el PSOE, no vela por la calidad de vida de los malagueños.
