50 familias de Callejones del Perchel, en Málaga capital, siguen pendientes de que se resuelva su futuro. Van a ser desahuciados y si nadie lo remedia, quedarán en la calle. Y todo porque la propietaria del inmueble tiene intención de crear viviendas residenciales de mayor valor en la misma parcela. El Grupo Municipal Socialista exige al Ayuntamiento que de una vez por todas dé una solución a estos vecinos y les atienda. Y es que, según denuncian los socialistas, la última reunión que iban a mantener los afectados con el equipo municipal fue anulada porque, según el Consistorio, no había novedades que tratar. Así lo ha expresado el concejal socialista responsable de Urbanismo, Mariano Ruiz, quien ha asegurado que el modelo de ciudad del Partido Popular en Málaga expulsa a los vecinos de los barrios donde han vivido toda la vida. Y es que, este problema es similar a otro también en el distrito de Cruz de Humilladero, en Santa Julia. A esto se añade el elevado precio del alquiler. Según el PSOE, en Málaga capital el precio medio del alquiler está en 700 euros, una cantidad inasumible, dicen, para que los jóvenes se puedan emancipar o para que una familia mileurista pueda llegar a fin de mes.
