🔴Noticia – Un socavón afecta a la casa de una vecina de Alhaurín El Grande

Les contamos ahora el calvario que está pasando una vecina de Alhaurín El Grande. Todo comenzó en 2016 cuando se produjo un socavón en la calle Jazmines de esta localidad que se convirtió en la pesadilla de esta mujer. Al parecer, el agujero se originó debido a una fuga en la red de suministro. Así lo constataron los técnicos municipales cuando acudieron a la llamada de esta vecina. Además, a raíz de ese socavón, Mª Victoria empezó a detectar serios desperfectos en su vivienda, situada justo al lado de la tubería averiada. Y es que no sólo esta tubería le ha causado problemas. Los técnicos del Ayuntamiento pudieron comprobar que justo debajo del inmueble había una red de aguas residuales en mal estado que estaba provocando una inundación que afectaba a los cimientos del edificio. Un edificio en el que han seguido los desperfectos desde entonces y cuya reparación no ha concluido. Además, esta vecina tiene en la planta baja un negocio que no ha podido atender porque también ha sufrido serios daños. Los efectos son más que visibles: enormes grietas en paredes, azulejos, suelos levantados y puertas que no cierran bien debido a la deformidad del terreno. Tras poner en conocimiento del Ayuntamiento esta situación, el consistorio le ofreció como alternativa una vivienda de alquiler similar a la suya por un periodo de un año. Mª Victoria asegura que ha tratado en todo momento de llegar a un acuerdo con el Consistorio, algo que no ha ocurrido por el momento. Y es que desde el equipo municipal que dirige Toñi Ledesma, del Partido Popular, todavía no se han acometido las obras de reparación en la vivienda de la afectada. Ahora será un juez quien deberá determinar el grado de responsabilidad del Ayuntamiento y qué solución se le da a esta vecina que sólo espera que esta odisea acabe lo antes posible.
