🔴Noticia – Málaga tendrá un nuevo juzgado en 2023

La Consejería de Justicia de la Junta ha informado de la puesta en marcha de 14 nuevas unidades judiciales en Andalucía que se traducen en 4 plazas de magistrado y 10 juzgados. En concreto, en Málaga se creará el juzgado de Primera Instancia 22 de la capital mientras que una de las cuatro plazas de juez será para la Sección Cuarta de la Audiencia Provincial. El nuevo juzgado en Málaga estará operativo el 1 de septiembre del año que viene. Además de la dotación de personal, la consejería se encargará de dotar al nuevo juzgado de los medios técnicos necesarios y habilitar los espacios para su ubicación con anterioridad a su entrada en funcionamiento.

The Ministry of Justice of the Board has reported the implementation of 14 new judicial units in Andalusia that translate into 4 magistrate positions and 10 courts. Specifically, in Malaga the Court of First Instance 22 of the capital will be created while one of the four judge positions will be for the Fourth Section of the Provincial Court. The new court in Malaga will be operational on September 1 next year.
